I’m driving over to a building to unlock a room for a scholarship contest. There are 20 students and just as many parents standing around this room. I walk through the crowd, unlock the door, and walk back to my truck. I start to think, what do these parents waiting for 5 min. have on the greater outlook of the university? What if one of those parents are impatient and find that our incompetence to have a door unlocked is a reflection of our entire university?
