April Fools Day Everyday

You have just graduated college (or have been graduated for a while) and you can’t find a job.  What do you do? I know, lets put our snazzy traditional looking resume on Monster, ooo wait, how about Careerbuilder? That will land me my dream job! Months go by and no hits. WTF?
